Before using the Emit Diary App service, any organization or individual should carefully read these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using Emit Diary's service. Once you use it, you are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted all the contents of this agreement, including any modifications made to the usage agreement at any time.
- Any images or image files used through Emit Diary, including temporary URLs generated, are created and provided by the user or owner (hereinafter referred to as "third-party files"). This application only provides image processing capabilities and does not reflect Emit Diary's opinions or claims, nor does it represent Emit Diary's agreement or support for the content, views, or positions of such third-party files. This application is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness, applicability, security, or any other aspect of the content in third-party files, nor can it be held responsible.
- No organization or individual may upload, read, download, copy, publish, disseminate, or reprint the following content through Emit Diary:
- Content that opposes the fundamental principles established in the Constitution;
- Content that endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts the state's power, or undermines national unity;
- Content that damages the honor and interests of the country;
- Content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermines national unity;
- Content that violates the country's religious policies, promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
- Content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, and undermines social stability;
- Content that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigates crime;
- Content that insults or defames others, infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
- Other information whose content is prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
- Any organization or individual who needs the content of the third-party files (including images, audio, video, documents, links, etc.) and intends to conduct transactions or other activities based on them should carefully identify the legality, accuracy, truthfulness, practicality, and security of the content (including whether downloading the content from third-party files will infect the computer with viruses), and take precautionary measures. If you are uncertain about the legality, accuracy, truthfulness, practicality, and security of such content, Emit Diary recommends that you consult with professionals first.
- Emit Diary is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage (including infection of computer viruses due to downloading), defamation of reputation or commercial reputation, infringement of copyrights or intellectual property rights, or any other consequences resulting from a belief in or use of the information, services, products or other content contained in third-party files, or transactions based on them. Emit Diary cannot bear any legal responsibility for such events, and the owner of the third-party files should bear the responsibility. For any transaction or behavior that does not directly involve Emit Diary, no matter what the reason is, Emit Diary shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or liabilities.
- Any organization or individual who believes that content obtained through Emit Diary's service may infringe its legal copyright should report it to Emit Diary in writing in a timely manner, providing corresponding identification, ownership proof, and detailed infringement evidence. Emit Diary will promptly disconnect the related services link to such content after receiving the above document. If the owner of such disconnected content believes that it does not violate the Information Network Communication Right Protection Ordinance, he/she has the right to issue a counter-notice to Emit Diary. Emit Diary reminds you that if your claims of copyright infringement or non-infringement are false, you will bear legal responsibility according to the Information Network Communication Right Protection Ordinance.
- About the subscription service for Emit Diary Premium:
- This service is a subscription-based paid service, please refer to the purchase item for details (relevant prompts will be given when purchasing). You can choose to use this service on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Currently, we offer a standard service price of 8 yuan per month or 68 yuan per year for this service (prices may vary in different countries, please refer to the purchase item for details). This price may change during promotional periods. When the price adjustment occurs, the new fee will take effect in your next subscription cycle.
- If you want to cancel automatic renewal, please turn it off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, you will be charged for the renewal fee. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off automatic renewal in the iTunes account settings.
- Emit Diary can modify these terms from time to time according to changes in national laws and regulations and the need to protect user interests. The updated terms will be marked with the latest update date according to legal procedures.
